Watermelon Shake ~ this is my kids about favourite in summer!
And it is so easy to prepare they are this shake themselves.
🍉. Fill a glass with chopped watermelon.
🍉. Pop melon into your blender.
🍉. Add the same amount of ice.
🍉. Blend, it will magically fit back into the same glass used for measuring.
🍉. Fabulous for hydration.
2 bananas fresh or frozen
1 cup frozen pineapple
Handful fresh baby spinach
A handful of raw macadamias
Slice fresh ginger
1 Tbs Sunlove Greens
1/2 Cup filtered water
